Spell Information

This spell must be used while standing on an hour cell and then targeted onto an hour cell. This spell does not need line of sight. Note without the special ability Temporal Waves the effect of tick/tock can not happen. The effects of Hyperaction/Damage increase do not change with the level of the spell they only change on a critical hit.
