The governor can choose someone to be a vice-governor to help him administrate the nation. The vice-governor have the same powers a governor does, except that he can't recruit someone to be a vice-governor and substitute him.
This position can be given to a non-subscirbed member of the game.

- At least 1.000 Citizenship Points. If the vice-governor go below by for example changing laws he will lose the vice-governor posision.
