Treasurer is one of the goverment ranks and is the person responsible to setting taxes for each territory. A treasurer is chosen by the governor. He can also move money around to different areas within the nation and allocate budgets and thus give money to the Weather engineer, the Challenger and the Ecologist so they can buy things for the nation.
