History[]

Primordial Era[]

Some time after the creation of the Krosmoz, Nora and Efrim were born from the cosmic dance between the Great Goddess Eliatrope and the Great Dragon. Nora is part of the first Eliatrope, twelve quasi-divine children, formed by six Eliatropes and their twin Dragons. These Eliatropes with a special status organized themselves into the Council of Six, in order to govern the other Eliatropes born in a natural way.

Islands of Wakfu[]

In -11000, the Eliatropes welcomed on their planet a traveling people, the Mechasms. They lived in harmony for centuries, until war broke out between the two peoples. Crushed by the power of the Mechasms, the Eliatropes had to flee into the Krosmoz aboard their vessel, the Zinit. They wandered for thirty years before finding a new land of welcome: the future World of Twelve. They founded the Vili colony there.

In -10000, Nora and Efrim, recently reincarnated, were the youngest members of the Council, not being initiated yet. It was at this moment that the Mechasms chose to find the Eliatropes. In order to arm them for an inevitable second war, Mina and Glip had to hasten Nora and Efrim's initiation. During their quest, they recovered the Dofus of King Yugo and his twin brother Adamaï, rescued children, joined forces with the Platypus, defeated numerous Lu-Fu and their leader Odo, and climbed to the top of Mount Zinit while discovering a few well-guarded secrets of her people. There they find the Eliacube in Chibi's temple, which they entrusted to the good care of another Dragon of the Council: Grougaloragran.

Freed from this duty, they were able to leave to finally face Orgonax, the youngest of the Mechasms and the origin of the war. But the power gap was huge, and Nora and Efrim were no luckier than the other fallen members of the Council of Six. In desperation, Nora implored the Great Goddess Eliatrope to end the endless suffering of her people. The Goddess heard it from the depths of her retreat, and an explosion of Wakfu wipes all life on the planet, including Nora's and Efrim's, scattering the Eliatrope Dofus to the four winds.

Wakfu Season 1[]

In the year 983, the Dragon Baltazar, one of the few survivors of the war, finds Nora and Efrim's Dofus. To this day, they still have not reincarnated.

Wakfu Season 4[]

In season 4, Nora reappears after meeting Yugo. She shows Yugo to the Eliatrope temple. She later appears in season 4 defeating bandits and keeping the world of twelve safe. She reveals that after defeating Orgonax, she and Efrim went in search of their mother. After a long journey, they later find the world she is trapped in and Efrim sacrifices his life to save their mother. Later, she freed Qilby from the white dimension.

During the first invasion by the Necros, she saves Yugo from the Necros; fighting them off with Qilby's help. After that, she helps face off the various encounters with the Necros with her eliatrope siblings. After Yugo is captured by the Necros, Nora is kidnapped by Efrim who possesses her to open another portal. Using Nora's body, Efrim then confronts his mother and states his grievances with her. He then teleports Nora to the Necroworld where Toross, the Necro King reveals that he used both her and Efrim to open portals between the Necroworld and the World of Twelve to invade it. Toross then seals Nora in stone.

During the final battle, Nora is freed by Joris, Goultard and Yugo. She then uses her connection with Efrim to possess him in a battle of wills and uses his power to send Toross' army back to the Necroworld and close the portal. After the battle, Nora and Efrim say one final goodbye to Yugo and teleports to the Necroworld. Once there, Nora confronts Toross and tells him that he will never use them again before teleporting into the depths of space. In a dark void, Nora and Efrim make up and vow to be together forever as they seal themselves in ice for all eternity.

Trivia[]

  • It is stated by Otto in the beginning of Island of Wakfu that Nora and her brother have a special relationship with the goddess, which may imply that they are the only ones to hear her voice. The description for the Portugese Wakfu server implies that along with Efrim, Nora was killed in the first war against the Mechasms and only reincarnated once the Eliatropes found the World of Twelve.
  • Nora and Efrim are apparently the penultimate Eliatrope and Dragon siblings to be born according to one of Season 4’s teasers.
