This spell places a Hydrand. At the end of your turn it generates a cross aoe of damage, and unless placed on an Hour Cell will destroy itself afterwards.

Hydrand cannot be destroyed by damage, and there is no limit on the quantity you can have active at any time.
Hydrand is stationary, and at the end of your turns, generates 5(65) damage on a
3-Cell Crosscentered on the Hydrand itself.
Unless the Hydrand is on an Hour Cell when your turn ends, it will disappear.
