A water damaging spell that does not require line of sight, but also has a minimum range. It can also move the Flaming Glyph when glyph teleportation is activated.
At level 0 this armor has a 50% chance to give/remove 1 range. Once it reaches level 100 it has a 100% chance to give/remove 1 range, but also gains another scaling chance to give/remove a 2nd range starting at 50% and ending at 100% at level 200. From 200 to 300 a 3rd range gain/remove chance is added, starting at 50% like the other and scaling to 100% at level 300.
