To use a boat, you need to pay for the travel with kamas.

Boats taken from inside nations can go to the following places:

• Ohwymi (Ohwymi Desert) - 30
• Shusnitch Reef - 30
• Wild Estate (The Lord's Pastures) - 30
• Wabbit Island - 30
• Bilbiza - 30
• Ga Ga Island (Trool Fair) - 0
• Calamar Island (Caustic Cove) - 30
• Chillberg Island (Ice Floe) - 30
• Shhhudoku's Kingdom (Murmoor) - 30
• Forfut - 30
• Monk Island (Messaround Monastery) - 30
• Tienti Beach - 30 (unavailable)
• Costa del Jellix - 30 (unavailable)

Once in any of those islands, it is possible to travel to any other nation, as long as it is allied with yours.
